PayPal
You can order any of the goods featured on the Rune Products pages online. All online sales are handled by
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.. We accept
Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, Mastercard, Discovery,
American Express, Maestro, Cirrus, eChecks and direct bank transfers in all major currencies.
You can choose the method of payment and your preferred currency on the
"payment details" page of the shopping cart. Just fill out the online
order form then click the "order now" button next to the product. PayPal will do the rest.
PayPal SignUp
If you don't already have a
PayPal account, you can sign up for free during the checkout process, it
only takes a couple of minutes. All you need is a permanent address and
a bank account. It will never cost you a penny - there is no
commission, no signup fee - and you can use PayPal to purchase goods and
services on tens of thousands of websites worldwide.

PayPal now accept payment without any signup requirement in many countries including the USA, Canada and the UK. If this
facility is available you will find a "If you do not currently hold a PayPal account Click Here" button on the second page of
the PayPal shopping cart sequence.
Mail Order
You can order most products by snail mail. Just
fill out the Mail Order Form and send it with your payment to the address shown
on the order form.

Prices
Prices quoted on the product pages include postage and packing to anywhere in the world by normal delivery services. Please read
the following item about shipping. Shipping
Normal delivery services are first class post in the UK or regular air mail service for the rest of the world. Consignment tracking and
insurance against loss or damage are not included. There is a facility for upgrading the delivery service to include tracking and
insurance on each product page at a small additional cost. Some notes about customs and import duty
USA and Canada: customers should note that personal gifts are not subject to customs duty. Since you have kindly made a voluntary
donation to the upkeep of my expensive website that happens to exactly match the price of the chosen product(s), I will be pleased to
send your order as a gift from me to you. And that is what I will write on the Customs Declaration Form.
Australia: customers should note that there are restrictions on the import of wooden products. Why your government imagines that
wood coated in 3 or 4 layers of varnish can harbour any pests or infections, I really cannot understand, but that's the position.
Officials have been known to carry out a destructive decontamination procedure on imported rune sets that renders them quite useless. I
do not make any reference to wood or runes on the Customs Declaration Form, but it's your decision whether you take the risk. I do not
give refunds for goods destroyed by the Australian Customs and Excise Department.
Sending Payments by mail
You can send cash notes or you can send a cheque or money order made out
to Robert Oswald. I will accept any of these currencies:

Sorry I can't accept any other currencies at the moment, the exchange
rates are too unreliable. Also note that I can only accept UK Postal Orders. Those from other countries take
too long to clear.
Cash
I accept paper money only so you have to round the order total up to
the nearest whole banknote. If there is a big difference, I will make it
up to you with your goods.
Send your order and payment recorded or registered mail and
wrap it up well so that it is hidden from prying eyes or fingers. A bit of
cardboard around the banknotes works quite well.

A normal personal or business cheque made out to Robert Oswald will be OK. For Overseas customers
(i.e. not in U.K.) you don't have to make any special arrangements with
your bank, and it doesn't incur any extra charges on your account. It
does incur an extra charge of 5.50 GB pounds on my account, though. That's
why there is a surcharge for cheque payments on the Order Form.

Please make sure you enter this amount on the order form before you add
up the total. And remember, the surcharge is per cheque. So
even if you are ordering several items there is still only the one
surcharge.
No Quibble Guarantee
All products are guaranteed against faults in fabrication for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Do bear in mind however,
that goods are handmade from natural and reclaimed materials, so minor imperfections are inevitable. If you are not completely satisfied with any goods
they may be returned within 21 days for a full refund of the purchase price - no quibbling.

Regrettably, there has been no demand for the hard copy version of the
catalogue, so it has been discontinued.
Wholesale
Sorry, I do not offer goods at wholesale prices any more. I get as much
work as I can handle from the retail business. You are welcome to purchase
goods at retail prices and sell them on - how much you mark up is entirely
your own affair.
