Retrospective: Unique Rune Sets(no longer in production) |

The pictures below are a selection of custom and unique rune
sets made between 1997 and 2006.
The custom sets were designed especially to customer specifications. The unique rune sets were made from unusual or rare wild woods and the boxes featured one-off individually painted designs not to be repeated on any future sets making them truly unique. Making a unique rune set was a lengthy business, and it took longer towards the end of production than it did in the early days. Not only because I have slowed down as my age has advanced, but also because of the meticulous attention to detail that I would lavish on each rune in a set, each design concept, and each decorated box. Sadly my hands don't work as well as they used to and the dexterity required for the intricate work has now deteriorated to the stage where I can no longer produce these items. |
